This policy outlines the specific procedures and rules regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. **Return Period:** Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of shipment, we may be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. **Return Eligibility:** To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
1) Items must be unused and in their original condition;
2) Items must be returned along with all accessories and included components;
3) Packaging with minor defects is acceptable;
4) Proof of purchase or an order number must be provided.
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

3. **Non-Returnable Items:** For safety or hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including: used items; items that have been unsealed and/or tested; items damaged due to misuse; clearance or "Final Sale" items; and gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact our customer service team.

4. **Damaged or Incorrect Items:** If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (due to a shipping error), please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please provide the following information: your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging (if available). Upon review and verification, we will offer one of the following solutions: a replacement item or a full refund—at no additional cost to you.

5. **Exchange Service:** Currently, we only offer exchanges in the following situations: the item is defective; the item was damaged during transit; or the wrong item was received (shipping error). Return Shipping Costs: Unless one of the following conditions is met, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs: the item has a quality defect; the item was damaged during transit; or we shipped the wrong item. Once an order has been shipped, the original shipping fees incurred for that order are non-refundable.

8. Refunds: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund request (approved or denied). If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment service provider may require additional time to credit the refund to your account.
